Buying from

When you place an order with this indicates that you accept the Terms of sale. The following terms apply to all transactions. Please read them for your reference.


We aim to dispatch all orders prior 14:30 on the day of ordering (weekdays only) if an order is placed within the time frame stated.

We use Royal Mail to delivery all orders placed with to UK mainland only, 2nd class delivery takes around 2-3 working days and 1st class around 1 working day. These days are estimated and not guaranteed. In some circumstances, Royal Mail may take up to 15 working days to deliver your order.

If you have not received your order after a period of 15 working days (or 2 working weeks), please contact us and we will arrange to either send you a replacement or refund. If any item is returned back to us due to an incorrect address then the buyer is responsible to pay additional postage to resend the item to the revised address.

We will always despatch your order to your Paypal registered UK address. If you wish to use an alternative delivery address please specify this via Paypal when paying.

Returns and Refunds

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, there is a 14 day money back guarantee on all products purchased on Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel an order without reason by the end of the 14th working day. All goods returned are at the buyer's own risk and items not received by us cannot be refunded, exchanged or replaced. All products must be in its original packaging and unopened. Damaged/opened/used return will not be refunded, exchanged or replaced.

Faulty Products

If products are faulty and or do not conform to the description, you may return them for repair, replacement or refund. The product must be sent in its original packing or no replacement or refund will be issued.

To qualify for a repair, refund or exchange the faulty product must be free of faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

We will test every item returned to us. Only repair, replacement or refund will be authorised should a fault be found. In the event of a replacement not being available a full refund or an alternative product will be offered.

If no fault can be found by us, the item will be returned to you at your own postage cost. This charge will need to be paid before we despatch your item. If you don’t agree to pay these costs within 1 month of being notified, we may dispose the items.
